Dwarka, February 8: Renowned spiritual leader Morari Bapu expressed his support on Sunday for a recently released map by the United States, which depicts the entire Jammu and Kashmir region as an integral part of India. This U.S. Map also includes areas of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK) and Aksai Chin.
Morari Bapu made these remarks during his ongoing ‘Manas Krishna Avatar’ discourse in the holy city of Dwarka. He responded to media reports regarding the map shared by the U.S. Trade Representative’s Office in relation to details of the India-U.S. trade agreement.
“I read in today’s newspapers that the United States has released a new map of India, which includes regions occupied by our neighboring countries, Pakistan and China. From this platform, I welcome this decision. This map is a step towards realizing the dream of an undivided India,” Morari Bapu stated.
His comments were met with applause from the audience, reflecting widespread sentiments about national unity and territorial integrity.
The map has garnered attention for presenting the entire Jammu and Kashmir region, including POK, as part of India without any demarcation lines. It also depicts the area of Aksai Chin, claimed by China, as Indian territory. This portrayal aligns with India’s long-standing stance on regional integrity.
Previously, maps issued by U.S. government agencies, including the State Department, often depicted Pakistan-occupied Kashmir as a disputed or separately marked area. The latest map deviates from this practice and is viewed by observers as a significant diplomatic gesture.
