Shrikant Shinde Criticizes Rahul Gandhi Amid AI Summit Protests

New Delhi, February 21: Controversy has erupted over protests by Congress workers at the AI Summit. While police are taking action against the protesters as per the law, political parties are launching sharp attacks on Congress. Shrikant Shinde, a Shiv Sena MP and son of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, has targeted Rahul Gandhi.

In a post on the social media platform X, Shrikant Shinde sharply criticized Rahul Gandhi, stating that he has proven himself unfit to lead his party and is now showing he is also unqualified to fulfill the responsibilities of the Leader of the Opposition in India.

Referencing a statement by Mark Twain, Shinde wrote, “Clothes make the man. Society is not influenced by those who are naked.”

He further noted that while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hosting a world-class global AI summit, where innovators, investors, and global leaders are gathering to showcase India’s technological and economic strength, the Congress party is choosing protests and theatrics over serious issues. At a time when there is an opportunity to highlight India’s growing global reputation, their workers are taking steps that embarrass the nation.

Shrikant Shinde emphasized that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India’s image as a digital leader and rapidly growing economy has strengthened significantly. India is now confidently hosting global platforms with clarity of vision and capability. This is true leadership. In contrast, the opposition is making noise instead of offering solutions and is merely performing rather than contributing. Democracy requires a strong and serious opposition, but what is currently visible is a lack of credibility.

He concluded by stating that India is continuously progressing, and the world is watching. No drama or pretense can undermine the leadership that is bringing India to the forefront of global innovation and development. He hopes that the main opposition party will move forward with wisdom, integrity, and, above all, love for India.
