Political Tensions Rise in Bihar Over Tejashwi Yadavs Remarks

Patna, February 9: Political tensions have escalated in Bihar following remarks made by Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav. Central Minister Nityanand Rai responded sharply, stating that the law will inevitably catch up with those who engage in wrongdoing.

During a media interaction in Patna, Minister Rai questioned Yadav about allegations of corruption within his family. He asked, “Has your family engaged in corruption? Were there not numerous scams? The fodder scam occurred. Land was taken in exchange for jobs. Corruption has been carried out in various forms.”

Rai further claimed that during the tenure of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), the public was deprived of development. He accused the party of establishing a “jungle raj” and providing protection to criminals. “When all these signs are present, the law will reach you, and action will be taken. It is incorrect to claim that there is a conspiracy against you. You will have to face the consequences of your actions. The country operates according to the law,” he stated.

Additionally, Minister Rai mentioned that BJP National President Nitin Nabin is visiting Bihar, generating significant enthusiasm among party workers who are preparing to welcome him. “Bihar is his home, and workers are mobilizing for his reception,” he added.

Regarding the arrest of Pappu Yadav, a Member of Parliament from Purnea, Rai clarified that there is no vendetta behind the action. “If someone breaks the law, occupies someone’s home, or if an FIR is filed and a judicial warrant is issued, the police will act accordingly,” he explained.

Rai concluded by emphasizing that Prime Minister Modi does not make statements lightly. He remarked that Modi speaks at a time when India has earned the world’s trust. He also noted that the prediction made by Swami Vivekananda about the 21st century belonging to India seems to be coming true. “Swami Vivekananda’s childhood name was Narendra, and the messiah of the poor is also named Narendra Modi,” he said.
