
Pune, February 5: A significant update has emerged regarding the plane crash involving Ajit Pawar. The process of extracting data from the aircraft’s black box officially commenced on Thursday. Relevant agencies are conducting a thorough investigation, considering the data from the black box to be crucial.
Recent reports indicate that efforts are underway to retrieve important technical data and flight records from the black box, which will be vital in understanding the causes of the incident. It is noted that the black box contains critical information, including the aircraft’s final activities, technical status, and communications between the pilot and air traffic control. Analyzing this data will clarify whether the crash was due to a technical failure or other factors.
Once the data recovery process is complete, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is expected to release a comprehensive report detailing the causes of the accident, the sequence of events, and the responsible parties.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has written to Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, demanding a thorough and impartial investigation into the precise causes of the crash. The letter also urged immediate effective measures to prevent such incidents in the future. This tragic accident claimed the lives of five individuals, including senior leader Ajit Pawar, prompting the state government to seek clear information and action from the central government.
In response, the Union Minister stated that the central government is taking this matter very seriously, and safety standards will be strengthened based on the investigation’s findings. The Maharashtra government has also pledged full cooperation in the inquiry.
