Mumbai, February 7: Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently shared a special video on her Instagram account. The clip features a scene from the 2003 film ‘LOC Kargil,’ showcasing both her and her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan.
This particular scene captures Saif portraying Captain Anuj Nayar of the Indian Army during the Kargil War, a significant conflict between India and Pakistan. The video holds deep sentimental value for Kareena.
In the Instagram post, Saif’s character is seen preparing for battle while Kareena offers him encouragement. In the scene, she advises him to look back at least once before heading into combat. Saif’s character responds, urging to keep moving forward, no matter what.
Kareena described this video as an emotional journey, captioning it with the words, “We didn’t know then.” This reflects her sentiment that at that time, they were unaware of the joyful relationship they would share in the future.
Regarding the film, ‘LOC Kargil’ is based on the Indian Army’s successful Operation Vijay, which took place in May 1999 to drive Pakistani forces out of the Kargil region.
