Mumbai, February 7: Manoj Bajpayee‘s upcoming film ‘Ghooskhor Pandit‘ is facing controversy even before its release. In the film, Bajpayee portrays a corrupt police officer named Ajay Dixit. The title has sparked protests in various locations.
This controversy is now making waves in Punjab, where discussions about the film are intensifying. In contrast, Punjabi Cinema is taking a different approach with the release of ‘DSP Dev 2’. Actor Dev Kharoud will play the lead role in this film, which is set to hit theaters on February 13.
‘DSP Dev 2’ is a sequel to the 2019 film ‘DSP Dev’, where Kharoud played a police officer who stands against corruption and works for the country’s welfare.
