Beijing, February 8: Recent reports indicate that videos showcasing Chinese life have gone viral across major social media platforms worldwide. The phrase “Becoming Chinese” has emerged as a trending topic online.
During a regular press conference on February 6, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry expressed delight at the increasing interest from foreign friends in experiencing China‘s development and changes, as well as observing the daily lives of ordinary Chinese citizens.
The spokesperson noted that for many foreign friends, understanding and experiencing China goes far beyond traditional symbols like the Great Wall, kung fu, pandas, and food.
They also highlighted that the blend of history and modernity, along with tradition and fashion, offers a unique and fresh experience. This combination continually enhances China’s appeal as a global tourist destination and fosters goodwill among people from various countries towards China.
