BJP MP Praises Union Budget as Balanced and Inclusive

Jamnagar, February 9: BJP MP Poonamben Madam from Jamnagar has commended the Union Budget, describing it as a balanced plan that caters to all sections and sectors of society. She stated that the budget presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1, 2026, lays a strong foundation for realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a ‘Developed India.’

In a recent conversation, Poonamben Madam emphasized that this budget not only aims to enhance the country’s economic strength but also strives to ensure progress for every segment of society.

She pointed out that the budget considers all strata of society and various sectors, thereby giving meaning to the principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ (Together with all, Development for all). This budget has been crafted with future needs in mind, promising new dimensions of development for the nation.

Discussing sector-specific provisions, she highlighted that the budget outlines a clear roadmap for advancing crucial areas such as agriculture, MSMEs, infrastructure, healthcare, and sports. The provisions made for the agricultural sector, in particular, will assist in increasing farmers’ incomes and strengthening the rural economy, while the focus on infrastructure will create new employment opportunities.

Regarding the MSME sector, the BJP MP noted that the budget will make it significantly easier for entrepreneurs to secure loans, thereby bolstering small and medium enterprises and encouraging startups. This will promote self-reliance in the country and accelerate local production.

Poonamben Madam placed special emphasis on women’s empowerment, stating that the budget includes specific provisions for women in 2026-27, aimed at making them economically strong and self-reliant. She concluded that this budget not only addresses current needs but also represents a crucial step towards building a strong, inclusive, and developed India for the future.
