Nawada, February 7: The Bihar government’s seventh initiative under the “Seven Resolves-3” program, titled “Respect for All – Easing Life,” aims to alleviate the daily challenges faced by citizens. The primary goal is to make life simpler, smoother, and more dignified for all residents. This initiative ensures that citizens do not encounter any difficulties when dealing with government offices.
To achieve this objective, public hearings are now held every Monday and Friday at all government offices in the district. Under the guidance of District Magistrate Ravi Prakash, these hearings are organized at the village, police station, block, sub-divisional, and district levels. During these sessions, citizens’ issues are taken seriously, and necessary actions are promptly initiated for effective resolutions.
The public hearing at the district level was chaired by Additional Collector Dr. Anil Kumar Tiwari, following the directives of District Magistrate Ravi Prakash. A total of 63 complaints were registered by individuals from various areas of the district. During the event, several complaints were resolved on the spot, while the remaining issues were forwarded to the relevant departmental officials for further investigation and action.
Many of the complaints addressed during the public hearings were related to land issues. The Additional Collector instructed the concerned officials to ensure timely, transparent, and rule-compliant resolutions for all cases.
In line with this initiative, public hearings were also conducted at all government offices in the Rajouli and Nawada Sadar sub-divisions, as well as at the village, police station, block, and district levels.
