Mumbai, February 16: Mental health is often a topic people shy away from discussing. However, the struggles faced by those affected are poignantly depicted in the Hindi drama “8 AM Metro.” The film stars actress Saiyami Kher and actor Gulshan Devaiah in lead roles.
On Monday, Saiyami announced that the film is now streaming on Prime Video. She shared the movie poster on Instagram, featuring herself alongside co-star Gulshan Devaiah.
She expressed, “’8 AM Metro’ is a film filled with deep emotions. Our director Raj R. crafted this story with honesty and conviction. When I read the script, it touched my heart and stayed with me for a long time. I had the opportunity to closely observe Gulshan’s acting, which was beautifully calm and filled with patience.”
Saiyami continued, “We didn’t have a big budget or a lot of noise; instead, we focused on authenticity, and somehow, the film reached its audience. The film was released in theaters on May 11, 2023. However, it did not perform exceptionally well at the box office, receiving mixed reactions from audiences. The story and songs were particularly praised.
