Mumbai, February 14: Actor Anil Kapoor recently marked the 45th anniversary of his film “Kahan Kahan Se Guzar Gaya,” released in 1986. The occasion left him visibly emotional, prompting him to share his feelings on social media.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Anil described the film as a turning point in his career and a significant milestone. He shared a video collage related to the film, stating, “Forty-five years ago, a film that struggled to find buyers was finally released in just one show, and that one show became a turning point in my life.”
He elaborated that the film’s release in 1986 was a crucial beginning for him. Working with director M.S. Sathyu, being framed by cinematographer Eeshan Arya, and sharing the screen with Pankaj Kapur were particularly special experiences, as both were at the start of their careers.
Anil expressed gratitude for the experience the film provided him, saying, “What began with uncertainty turned into a milestone that I will always cherish. Forty-five years later, I remain thankful for the struggles, lessons, and the film that paved my way.”
