
New Delhi, February 9: The second session of the Exam Discussion 2026 will be broadcast live on February 9, 2026, at 10 AM. This annual event will be available on the Prime Minister’s official YouTube channel and Doordarshan, organized by the Ministry of Education to ensure easy participation for every student.
In this session, students from Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Assam will engage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Various student voices will be heard, experiences shared, and essential advice will be provided to maintain confidence and a positive mindset during Exam Preparation.
Additionally, the Prime Minister will offer guidance on how students can tackle exam preparations and other challenges. This year’s Exam Discussion has seen over 4.5 crore registrations for its ninth edition. The first episode aired on February 6, where the Prime Minister addressed numerous student queries.
Prime Minister Modi shared a one-minute and 19-second video on his social media platform X, showcasing his interaction with students. In the video, he poses questions to students, who respond quickly.
The video highlights that this year’s Exam Discussion is being presented in a new format, engaging with students from various locations. PM Modi mentioned, “Many students suggested that the discussion should take place in different parts of the country, leading to this initiative.”
The Exam Discussion program began in 2018. In 2023, approximately 3.88 million children registered to participate, which surged to 22.6 million in 2024. The number reached 35.3 million in 2025, setting a Guinness World Record. The ninth edition has now surpassed the previous record with over 4.5 crore registrations.
