AP Dhillon and Anubhav Singh Bassi Join The Great Indian Kapil Show

Mumbai, February 5:The Great Indian Kapil Show” is renowned for its powerful comedy and entertaining moments. This time, the show will feature a duo that promises to deliver both laughter and music. Punjabi singer AP Dhillon and stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi will appear as guests in an upcoming episode. Netflix India has released a promo for the show.

The promo begins with a joke from Kapil Sharma, who quips that two global stars are present today: AP Dhillon and himself. Bassi bursts into laughter at this witty remark.

Kapil then informs the audience that on one side is a singer showcasing his talent on the international stage, while on the other is a comedian whose words are equally impactful. As the promo progresses, the humor and fun escalate.

Kapil mentions the high ticket prices for AP Dhillon’s concerts, which can reach up to 600,000 rupees. He humorously comments on reports of mobile wallets being stolen during these concerts, saying that while AP displayed his talent on stage, the audience was showcasing theirs below. This joke sends the entire studio into fits of laughter.

The fun intensifies with the entrance of other comedic characters. Kiku Sharda appears as Chhote Sheikh, while Krishna Abhishek takes on the role of Bade Sheikh. Together, they enhance the comedic atmosphere. Following them, Sunil Grover makes a grand entrance as his new character, Diamond Raja, making the episode even more thrilling.

In a previous episode, renowned composer A.R. Rahman graced the show, accompanied by actors Vijay Sethupathi, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Siddharth Jadhav. During a message-passing game with Kapil, Rahman remarked that the game exemplifies how a message can change completely from one ear to another.

It is noteworthy that A.R. Rahman is currently facing controversies related to his statements on Hindi cinema and communalism.
